The YouTube mobile app has now been revamped by Google as version 10.38 to include new editing tools for custom videos as well as a redesigned interface.
There are three main tabs for browsing content featured in the new app which include Account, Subscriptions and Home. The Account tab allows users to view their own playlists, videos, viewing history, notifications and more. The Subscription tab offers users the ability to search through content from their subscription and finally, the Home tab recommends videos in list form.
The new and improved YouTube app now offers editing tools such as adding filters, music and the ability to trim a video for betting uploading. Among others, users can use various filters such as 8mm and Sepia, or change the video into Sketch form.
Users are also able to add music from their device or YouTube through the music feature. The app allows users to select a song from a specific genre or mood, or even from a featured list of options when choosing from the YouTube’s library. Users are also able to preview the song clips before they are added.
The YouTube app is available for a free download from the iTunes App Store.
