Just released is the cycling fitness app CycleCast that offers an audio guided indoor cycling class for users with an iPhone 5.0 and up. The app is not only suited to enthusiasts but also newcomers. It offers tracks that can fit into users’ busy schedules and at all different lengths.
There are a whole of 36 different work outs for users to choose from, broken into classes ranging from 20 – 60 minutes. The classes combine playlists of popular music with motivational coaching from experienced instructors.
CycleCast allows users to enter their stats such as weight and height. Users are also able to retrieve their details from Apple Health. Before users begin they are also guided for their positioning and handlebar height.
For the first month of the subscription users have access to class for free and from one month the app is monetised by charging $9.99 per month of $89.99 for one year.
Doug Lotz, the founder of CycleCast said in a recent statement “CycleCast provides the essential elements of a great indoor cycling class —motivating music and instruction—whenever and wherever you need them.”
CycleCast is available for a free download from the iTunes App Store.
