Just as we thought things were dying down a bit for all the madness that hasn’t surrounded the ever famous “Candy Crush Saga”, King has brought something new to the table with an announcement that Candy Crush Soda Saga will soon hit the small screen! In the past, King has not released sequels to their array of popular games, with a first coming for “Bubble Witch 2 Saga” which was released last week. As you have already most likely guessed, Candy Crush Soda Saga is the next installment of their hit Candy Crush Saga.
The new game has been released with a soft launch to just a few countries and so far the reviews are nothing but outstanding. The release of Bubble Witch 2 Saga saw King sticking to their guns and not changing much from the original game, other than some new exciting quests and more colourful graphics. It seems that this will be the trend for King when launching sequels to their games, with Candy Crush Soda Saga almost mimicking the original – but if it’s not broke, don’t fix it, right? Players can expect a few new fun changes to the game, however, with new challenges implemented, such as “trapped gummy bears” that need your help to be saved!
While the soft launch of the new game was only available to Android and Facebook users in limited regions, the game will no doubt be launch across all devices, included iOS. King has not yet released any definitive information on when Candy Crush Soda Saga will be launched across all devices, but if you’d like to check out a little more about the game, head to the Google Play Store for the reviews so far!
