Newly launched to the Playstore and Apples iTunes Store is the messaging app called Yes/No. The point of the app is to eliminate wasted time during text messaging conversations when the only response needs to be Yes or No.
The messages sent within the app allow for an attached image alongside up to 42 characters. The app also supports non-users of the app, so they can also respond via a standard text message. Users have the option to reply with “Yes” or “No” to the fellow user’s question. As well as one-on-one questions, the app can also allow for group communication, when a response is needed from multiple people.
Users are prompted to quickly respond as the message reaches expiry at 24 hours. Based on their username, users can search for other users who utilise the app on top of just those who are direct contacts. After this, the question can be sent to the user’s followers or their manually chosen contacts.
Logan Paul, who is an owner and partner in Yes/No, is working closely alongside the development team to create more social features.
Joe Grano, the CEO of Yes/No recently said in a statement: “Yes/No forces you to make up your mind, and thereby eliminates mindless back and forth. Yes/No Messenger is the most fun, efficient and practical messaging service that will change the way people communicate with each other.”
Currently the app is available for a free download to Android and iOS users. Yes/no is also available for download on the Apple Watch.
